This article is for those guys, aged between 24-32 and working professionals, who have not become too fat and have a little sense of workouts and can dedicate themselves for some real serious deal.


Other fat and careless people, go dump yourself somewhere else.

OK, now that you've started reading, just follow the simple steps as follows:

1. First of all eat a lot of fish because when you are going to plan on weight loss, you are going to loose considerable amount of fat too. But did you know that our brain is composed of 70 % fat. In a replacement, please do make sure that you eat a 6-8 pieces of Fish, in two meals a day. That would ensure good amount of fatty acids and proteins. Also proven to be good for eyesight improvement. Oh ya, 1 important thing to say: "RICE is the main Culprit". So loose it guys. Slow down while you eat some. Take only a handful of rice, twice a day. Really works out reducing your weight naturally. Since you guys must be earning and eting outside, get some non-veg - I meant only Fish. No Chickens and Muttons please.

2. Eat 5 Meals a Day in small quantities. Yes, you might be thinking as to why this guys is posting all about eating, while the actual topic itself is all about weight loosing (LoLzzz). In reality, those people who loose weight, make sure that all the calories they consume are broken down by their body through some activities, Physical & mental. That can happen only if you are able to give you body meals in intervals and in small quantities, thus avoiding sitting 3 times for larger intakes, which would add that extra adipose tissue below your stomach, above your waist.

3. Find any corner and do sit ups in regular intervals. Yes, guys, it's not about allocating a special time slot a day for exercise. It can happen, anytime, anywhere. All that you need to do is really get interested in your body. Allocating a specific time for exercise, only puts your body into a greater amount of stress on muscles and joints. It's always better to give body a break after small intervals of any kind of activity. That includes even sex. You body takes that time to adapt itself for a better workout. For eg. you are in your office. Then the best thing you need to do is, get off your seat every hour and go to toilet and urinate. then have a face wash and do 5 situps. The count should be as low as possible and the movements should be as good as possible. thus in a day even if you had done this 6 times in a 8 hours office routine, then 6 x 5 = 30 Situps, and that too, in a proper way. Not bad at all. And that face wash was about your eyes. It feels good and is good for facial blood circulation. And the best part is that no one notices you doing all these things, which hardly take 5 minutes of your time for every hour. Also situps makes your glutes, abs, flabs and lower portion look better. Also it reduces the extra "S-shaped" ugly fat in the sides.

4. Drink water, every hour, just to make sure, it makes you go toilet and do what I just said as written above. And one more thing, brain is composed of 75 % of water. So don't dry it out.

5. In a day after your office hours, please make sure you drink a mango milk shake in the evening. the best part about it is that you are having both milk and mango. So good amount of protein and vitamin and tasty too. Feel refreshed and take it in the evening, just to make sure that you don't eat anything oily like Vegetable puff, burger, pizza....etc.

6. Go for a good dietary multivitamin supplement, just like Herbal life or something. Guys, it's very good for your immune system and body strength. helps your skin glow and gives you enough hair density also. Prevents hair loss too. Costs only 1300 a month. But really effective. You have to be serious to do something.

7. After getting back home, just take out 1 hour sincerely and start doing your ground exercises. Now do i need to tell you where to find about doing ground exercises? Just Google it Bro. Beat the heat 

Always during workout make sure that the room has enough ventilation

Air Conditioning is not important at all, since it might avoid sweating.

Please so sweat. For that air conditioning is not required at all. Ventilation is.

Ventilation is different than air conditioning.

It just carries your heat away by method of convection by air which is natural and your body will have sweat which is natural again

So stay natural.

Nowadays all the gyms are closed and indoor without fresh air. You also cannot avoid gyms since they have the right equipment for workouts and you cannot change the air conditioning system of the gym.

So what you can do is stay inside the gym only for 1 hour and then get out of here.

Stop gossiping with your friends there after workout

Gets some fresh air after that while having a simple normal paced walk, not brisk walk for a few minutes!

Sleep at right time and give your body the right amount of rest.

Your muscle only gets pumped up while working out

The real growth of muscle takes only while you rest with some peace.



Staying away from fancy protein shakes!


This is one big thing to make you aware of in a gym ambiance

It’s actually very luring when looking at some protein shakes when you workout at gym.

See actually they are completely wrong. You might end up in kidney ailments in that later stage of your life.

Because you body is not simply following a normal diet at all.

Please start avoiding the following supplements on the long run:

1.       Glutamine
2.       Whey protein
3.       Createnine
4.       Mega Mass
5.       Mammoth
6.       Nitrox

There are tons of other powerful combinations of supplements out there.

Just check out online. But what must be done that you must strongly discourage them.

Since they are powerful only for your younger age.

As you start getting old the are not powerful any more but harmful

Don’t’ eat out too much to look huge

Now this is one big thing that one must worry about. See basically people prefer eating continental and not a lot of carbohydrates and fat.

Mostly people must also worry about having the Trans fat cut out of their diet. Which is nothing but not having cold drinks frequently.

But yes, you can have soft drinks sometimes.

Also hard drinks is a big spoiler of your fat composition.

Cigarette is a big culprit since it is just empty calorie but nothing.

If you had been doing all this – then you need NOT worry a lot. There’s still a way out of that, unless it’s too late.

What you can do now, is you can just simply start reducing your frequency of having all these junk food and just have it once a week.

Even if you have it on a daily basis, try to lessen the amount first.

By doing this you are already in a progressive path.

This is nothing but slowly changing your mindset.

So that’s how you do it. Because simply asking you to change in one instant would be impractical.
Because, if everyone can change in one instant, then this world would be free of stupid people in an instant they read this article.

So train your brain. Don’t drain your efforts of workout away with a bad diet.

Tips for Workout and Mind Set

1.       Rule no. one tell everybody that you are working out
2.       The rule no. 1 makes you feel guilty when you don’t work out
3.       Always wear shorts so that your legs look tiny and it makes you workout your calves and thighs
4.       A weeks schedule must consist at least 5 days workout
5.       The general routine of workout is chest, lats shoulders, biceps, triceps, thighs.
6.       Abs are done in alternate weeks at the end of workouts
7.       Never do the wrong combination of sets. For e.g. doing thighs after biceps.
8.       Always use a partner to help you and increase your sets of workout and motivate you
9.       Having two partners, so, three in total always gives you the right amount of rest between sets of workout
10.   Always be carefree about your workout. Don’t worry to much. Your life has already made you worry a lot
These are the Ten Commandments to follow for a fitness oriented person and hardly takes 45 minutes a day. Now don’t ask me that will just 45 minutes do it all, because if you watch yourself working out continuously for 45 minutes you are gonna fall with your butt on floor. Even a professional level athlete works out just 1 hour a day on a normal free training off-seasonal period. So you better start doing it rather than just rattling around like a snake and showing off with some video tutorials. Hit the gym or use your floor for ground exercises. Do something. But don’t end up with nothing.

Weight Loss and Fitness ethics are a basic requirement these days. Especially among those people who are caught in a busy schedule and have started to agree in their actual lives that that’s the way how I should live it. They won’t care about their BMI. They won’t care about their cholesterol levels. Even the professional bodybuilders are just swayed along in their minds with a concept of showing off with hugeness and size with some shape to it. But you can’t increase the size of your heart which is the size of your fist by default. And a larger heart, by the by is lesser efficient.
                Also look at the corporate people. They just boast off they fat paychecks. You can see all of them having made a culture like that around them and care for health very less. This culture has been extended in companies, schools and colleges making them study and work all night and make overnight journeys in the name of class. One should also know that knowledge is just as useless as a meatball unless it’s utilized by wisdom in the right perspective. Our Society never gives a damn about these values. In the name of dedication and hard work for a better economy and industry everyone is just blindly running after it and missing the true point of being fit. Looking fit with muscles is not enough at all. Since the body is not just composed of muscular system and it has other systems like respiratory, circulatory, hormonal, reproductive etc. And not to mention that for those people on the other side, apart from the muscle builders, who run after corporate madness and fat paychecks, they also have to see and know one things that humans are the only species in this whole wide world who actually depend on some pieces of paper called currency and coins to survive on this planet. Everything thing is righteously taken by the one who owns it by money, except for the ones who are naturally born to their parents. And now even that is compromised with test tube babies in the name of intelligence and the next level of stupidity is cloning and nano-technology, while millions of people are still suffering for. All these are just a set of misunderstood concepts with some wrong perspectives and set of wrong morals. The world already is in chaos and out of balance and so are we with our body and mind.
                Now what if you ask me how to have the right perspective for fitness and diet and what do all that I just said earlier as above even has to do with fitness?
                The answers lie in your conscience. Just question yourself. Don’t you think each and every time for that tiny fraction of second that you must be doing something better right now? Something more sensible. Something meaningful. Something reasonable. And Something related to real talent and personality. Now just look at the words that I said. That’s nothing but just being actually SMART. Looking smart to impress someone only helps at that instant of impressing that person. But actually being  smart itself, helps you as a person to create a good impression on your entire life. Time to actually be smart.
                Weight loss initiative is just a state of mind. Rest is just what and where you have to look for to start working out. Lots of videos and PDF files are there to guide you. But after having that all in your hard disk doesn’t make you fit. It’s the mindset that controls your thoughts and what you need to do. So act right away.

                Intensity of workout and it’s class doesn’t matter at all, but the deed and thought with a need to be fit does matter a lot for you.
